Get access to the barber without unlocking him in later in the game by swapping the butcher in Hernand with the barber npc. Can be used with my other mod: Character Creator
You can uninstall this mod anytime without a problem, if you have any quest or if you want to keep the butcher simply uninstall the mod after you edit your character with the barber.
Installation instructions
For Json Mod Manager
Copy the selected folder (e.g. HumanFemale) into:
“JSON Mod Manager]\mods\”
– Enable it in the mod manager
– Click “Apply Mods”
– Or use Definitive Mod Manager
Main features
– Unlocks barber access early in the game
– Replaces the butcher NPC in Hernand with a barber

– No need for story progression or unlock triggers
