I made this mod work again after the mod author Jason Chiu said he couldn’t work on it anymore.

Installation instructions
Load with your favorite .asi loader program/method, works fine for me with CDUMM.

Main features
Makes Blinding Flash glow effect permanently visible in the game world.

Requirements
Press to Activate or De-Activate.
(can be customized in .ini). Survives fast travels and save loads.
